Disney’s The Lion King on Broadway commissioned us to help with two elements of their 25th Anniversary Celebration: 1) an original animated video to accompany their live post-show Alumni performance, and 2) custom animated design work for their afterparty at Hall Des Lumières, including a “family tree” and “photo montage”.
We worked closely with the Lion King team to make sure our design aligned with their vision and performance. The live performance video was animated to and synced with their original music. For the afterparty projection mapping, we used a number of assets from the show, such as the “Rafiki tree” and the lion head logo, to create a visually dynamic design that wowed the guests.
